Check in is at Port Denarau marina and you need to be there at least 30 minutes prior to your vessel departure
Our high-speed catamaran departs Port Denarau daily at 8.45am. The vessel heads north through the Yasawa Islands before turning around and heading south, arriving back at Port Denarau at 6.00pm the same day. Tender boats from each resort meet the vessel en route, collecting and dropping off guests and their luggage. Should you have any mobility issues that would casue difficulty disembarking the vessel onto small tender boats, please do advise us at the time of booking.
Packages & Passes include complimentary coach transfers to/ from most Nadi, Wailoaloa, Vuda, or Denarau hotels/resorts on the morning you depart for the islands and the evening you return. If you miss your pre-booked transfer, you will then need to find your own way to Port Denarau for your vessel transfer at your own expense
Our resorts have compulsory daily meal plans (consisting of 3 meals oper day stayed unless otherwise stated) charged per person, per night which are payable either with your package at the time of booking or directly at each resort as you go (in Fijian dollars). Note, there are no other dining options and no refunds or credits offered for any unused meals.
Important: For travel from 01 April 2025, meal plans for ‘Inclusive Packages’ and ‘Awesome Passes’ are not able to be pre-purchased. Therefore, all meals are to be paid directly to each resort stayed at in the itinerary once passengers are in Fiji. For meal rates, see the Terms and Conditions.
For ‘Island Stay’ bookings, where an additional price is shown under ‘meals’ these are the compulsory meal plan/resort package prices as provided by the hotels. These can either be paid at the time of booking (for hotels that allow pre-payment of meals) or upon check-in in FJ$.
Meal plans commence as soon as you will arrive at your resort so if you arrive in time for lunch, day one will include lunch and dinner. Based on this, on your last day at a resort, only breakfast will be included. Should your resort connection not depart for your next destination until after lunch and you wish to have lunch while waiting this will be at your own cost.
If you have special dietary requirements or allergies we should know about, please inform us at the time of booking.
We have a travel desk on board the vessel where you can book your transfers and/or accommodation for your Bula and Awesome Passes or add to your trip as you travel. Credit/Debit cards are accepted.
Either at check-in or once onboard the vessel, you can choose to upgrade to the Captain’s Lounge on the upper deck. Enjoy spacious seats, air-conditioning, complimentary snacks, and drinks. Talk to our reservations team for more pricing, subject to availability.
Island resorts are small and intimate, so capacity is limited. This means on rare occasions a resort you select may be full for your chosen dates. If the resort you have booked is unavailable/fully booked we will contact you within 48 hours of making your booking to give you the opportunity to transfer to another property or date. If none of these options are acceptable, we will refund in full.
